Navigation and service

Welcome to our counselling team!

Due to the large number of enquiries and limited staff resources, we are currently unfortunately unable to process new written submissions. We are working on solutions. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to process new written submissions at the moment. We regret this very much and ask for your understanding.

The many inquiries show that discrimination is a major problem in our society. At the same time, there are not enough counselling services available.

But: Anyone who experiences discrimination needs support.

That is why we are working to provide you with faster and better support in the future. Until then, we must limit ourselves to informing you about your rights. All important information on the subject of discrimination can be found on our website, sorted according to areas of life.

People who are deaf or hard of hearing can record their enquiry in sign language at any time using the SQAT service. The enquiry will be forwarded to the SQAT service, where it will be translated into written language and sent to our counselling team. The response from the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency will then be translated into sign language and sent to you. You can find the SQAT service here.

With the Tess telephone interpreting service, you as a hard-of-hearing or deaf person can spontaneously describe your counselling request in sign language. All you need to do is register with Tess and you are ready to go. All information on Tess can be found here.
